Knot Flipper

I've hand-forged this piece from 1/4 inch square stock mild steel. It features a reverse twist near the handle end and has been tied in a pretzel knot near the business end. It has been coated with beeswax, which helps inhibit rust, and is safe for cooking and interaction with food.
